How we plan to address them:
Continuously learn and know what’s working right for NC Workers & Employers health, safety, & well-being, perfect it to the best of our abilities and simultaneously eliminate all wrongs. My top priorities when elected are:
- Educate 100% of all Employers & Employees on Labor Rights
- Establish a Labor Rights Literacy Statewide Campaign
- Examine all discrimination cases with integrity
- Mitigate/eliminate discrimination in the workplace
- Establish mandatory training for new and existing Employers & Employees
- Implement Certificate Program(s) to ensure new & existing business attend mandatory training before doing business in NC
- Establish principles & programs that propel NC to become the most admired State in the country for employees and employers to live, work, & play

- 2010 - Leverage technology for mandatory training for all Employers & Employees
